What a passion there is in a burger, just phenomenal! The sauce was just right, the burger delivered warm, great bread and even better juicy patty. Someone has to top it, so honestly deserved 5 stars !!!!!!

Food was delicious. Ordered at a certain time, but unfortunately it was ten minutes late. It was also busy at that time. But the friendly lady at the counter explained the waiting time in a very friendly manner

Visit on October 27, 21 Can't remember ever having eaten such a tasty citizen. Even your own from the grill weren't that good. The sweet potatoes were in no way inferior to the citizen. The contact on the phone and on site left nothing to be desired. It wasn't the last time I was there ... guaranteed!

Used the delivery service today. Waiting time for 1.5km was 75 minutes. And the delivery was freezing. It's been better before.

I have already eaten there twice with my partner and we were thrilled every time (as in the description, the place is lgbtq + -friendly)! The vegetarian burgers and homemade lemonades are always worth a detour. When we come to Halle, we will definitely only go to Burgerheart;)

As always, the food was delicious. Unfortunately, at first you forgot the french fries, which came 10 minutes later and the dessert unfortunately also took a long time. The drinks we ordered (hot chocolate and double espresso) were empty again when the dessert arrived. A shame but otherwise all-round delicious. A very friendly waitress who apologized several times. This was also the first time and I think our next visit will give it 5 stars again;)

Catastrophe. Reserved online for lunch. There was a choice of 5:45 p.m., then again from 8 p.m. Arrive punctually at 5:40 pm: puff cake. According to the statement there, they were already fully booked yesterday. Under no circumstances should you use the online reservation. 5:44 pm (1 minute before the reserved time, while we were standing in the restaurant and we were told that the system does not always work!) We actually got an email with the heading "Your reservation was canceled" (of course the online program does not work always, but certainly). Thank you very much. At this point I can only warmly recommend Hans im Glück. They took care of us there, although we didn't make a reservation.

Incredibly delicious food, very, very friendly wait staff. The food was ready super quickly, drinks and ambience were great too! Definitely highly recommended, we will definitely be back! :)

So first of all for the good thing, which was the only good thing, the burgers are lukewarm but tasted good. The waitress can't really deal with criticism, which is a shame. So now to the bad things, fries cold and sloppy, ketchup was so hard that you had to stir it with a knife otherwise you had to use the fries for years to have ketchup on. The sour cream dip was like water or milk did not taste like anything and 1.60 euros ask for cheek. The apple spritzer has nothing to do with apple spritzer, the water with sparkling water and apple flavor is as good as nonexistent. In my opinion, everything is only served on economy mode to make as much profit as possible. I was expecting a discount or something like that if you told the waitress that these things were bad, but no, they pretended nothing had happened and cashed in. Once and never again I know that now.

Super tasty burgers in a cosy place.

Absolutely my favorite Burger place in Halle. Good options for everyone (carnivores, veggies and vegans). Choose your bun options with a nice varied menu. My choice is the Vegan Fox (even though I'm not vegan) since that beetroot mayo is just killer and the for dessert a cheescake or a chocolate lava cake - to die for! For the best experience choose a whole menu with some homemade lemonades for a good overall deal.

I don't know if the place is good. After a friend and I took a seat outside and 2-3 waitresses saw it, I went in after 4 minutes to ask if you could order something. In the shop there were 2-3 waitresses and a man behind the counter and 2 tables were occupied inside. After I was asked if we want to sit outside and I said yes. Then a waitress came out with the card. After we made our selection and put the cards aside, we were allowed to wait 7 minutes and then we left. No question about whether we want to drink or eat something. The 2-3 waitresses and the one behind the counter preferred to chat or have no interest in the customer, the customer is threatening orders and sales ... So when it comes to service, you should definitely learn and serve customers. As I said, 2 tables with a 2 people, 2-3 waitresses and you are not served. Unfortunately, that's what I've heard from so many so far. The store doesn't seem to need it or doesn't rely on sales. Actually sad, the card didn't sound bad from the offer. But unfortunately I will never find out and definitely not recommend it.

Parking right outside the door. Furnishing style, industrial, very nice to match the offer. Service, very friendly, very attentive. Recommendation for in-between hunger and to meet for a conversation.

The best burger shop in town! Really delicious, the service is friendly and you don't wait for drinks or food forever. I really like the shop as far as the furnishings are concerned, only a new coat of paint and a refresh of the stairs would be my tiny hint, so that the shop shines in all its facets. Still my absolute favorite restaurant.

Great restaurant! Fast and very, very friendly staff. Special requests were also no problem. Everything is very stylish and the food was amazing. Terrific delicious. The homemade iced teas were also fantastic !! We will be back definitely!

Very good burgers, fries a bit small. Lemonades with alcohol were delicious. The coulant overpriced but for the rest everything was very good and delicious and the staff super nice.

Nice place, which has actually a lot of room on the second floor. With around 5€, a bit pricey if you only go for fries with a dip so it's worthwhile to order a combo with burger, fries/salad, drink. The fries were decent though and the barbecue sauce delicious. They have vegetarian burger's as well and for 1€ extra you can get sweet potato fries. Good to order ahead if you go with bigger groups.

Always delicious. There is a large selection of many dishes, including a lot for vegetarians and vegans. You can sit comfortably outside or inside, but you should make a reservation at the weekend and on Tuesday (20% discount for students), otherwise it will be very difficult to find a place. The staff is always very friendly. Always happy.

Poutime | 4,90 € . . I've been wanting to eat some Poutine in Berlin for a while but instead had some in Halle today by chance. Poutine are French fries covered with fresh cheese curds, and topped with brown gravy. The dish originates from Canada from the province of Quebec. Marie who was with us and has been to Canada before said that the cheese was different there but ours was still good. The cheese with the gravy was tasty. We had no problem with the fact that the fries were quickly soggy in the hot gravy. .
